Objectives: BRAFV600E- anaplastic thyroid cancers (ATCs) show remarkable responses to dabrafenib and trametinib (dab/tram) an effect that may be in part immune-mediated. Introduction: Psoriasis is a systemic inflammatory skin disease, which is associated with increased cardiovascular disease (CVD) potentially through metabolic derangements due to chronic inflammation.
